FAQ

1.) When can I expect my order?

Shipping times depend on the demand we have in our store and logistics due to Covid-19 but about one to two weeks is expected.

Tracking numbers are sent with a shipping confirmation a couple days after the order.

3.) What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - You must send the product back to us and we will inspect it to confirm it is damaged. 
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email contact@kingflames.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

4.) Are the lighters refillable?

Each lighter has a valve under the lighter. This valve needs to be slightly twisted towards the + or - sign using a key that comes with the lighter.

5.) Does the lighter come with butane?

Due to legal reasons, shipping items with butane or any kind of flammable substance is illegal. However, butane is found in almost any store for about $2.
